Dustin Hoffman and Robert Redford starred in 1976's "All the President's Men", which was based in the Watergate scandal. Their ensembles are a good example of versatile and elegant 70s menswear.

Cary Grant: Oscar Trivia
As surprising as it may seem, Cary Grant never won an Academy Award. Well, he did win an Honorary Oscar in 1970, a deserved tribute to his one of a kind acting. Grant was nominated two times for his acting in "Penny Serenade" and "None But the Lonely Heart".
Last night, at 2012's Academy Awards Cirque Du Soleil paid a brief tribute to Grant's iconic airplane chase in "North by Northwest".

Antonio Carlos Jobim
Antonio Carlos Jobim was one of the most important Bossanova pioneers and artists of the 60s and 70s. His genius allowed him to compose Bossanova classics such as: "Desafinado", "Corcovado", "Aguas De Marzo", and the all time classic "The Girl From Ipanema".
His duets with the likes of Astrud Gilberto, Elis Regina, Joao Gilberto, and Frank Sinatra are worth mentioning as well.
