Marlon Brando: Plaid Jacket
A plaid jacket won't only keep you warm on a cold day, but it will make you look well dressed in a casual laid back way. Plaid has been around for decades, and has made a comeback in recent years with the 90s grunge revival; yet the use of plaid goes back to the 50s-60s. Below a photo of Marlon Brando wearing a plaid jacket with jeans.

L.G.R is an Italian eyewear brand, known for its timeless elegance, top quality materials, and one of a kind designs.

Niemeyer, de Moraes, and Jobim: Brazilian Icons
A unique photograph that captured the encounter of three Brazilian icons: Vinicius de Moraes, Antonio Carlos Jobim, and Oscar Niemeyer.
Moraes wrote the lyrics for the bossanova classic "The Girl of Ipanema", while Jobim composed the music for this and other bossanova musical masterpieces. Niemeyer, who died two days ago at the age of 104, was one of the greatest architects in history. His best works can be found within the city of Brasilia, yet one can appreciate his modern creations in Sao Paulo, Belo Horizonte, and several European cities.
Oscar Niemeyer didn't only design buildings, he created special works, such as the set for one of de Moraes' plays.

Duran Duran: Fall/Winter Trendsetters
Besides being one of the most popular groups in the world during the 80s, Duran Duran had a strong impact on menswear. What's really interesting is how their style changed from one album to another, a reflection of the quick changes and evolution of fashion in the 80s. From punk inspired to neon dandy to avant garde rocker styles, Duran Duran always got it right.
Below a photo of the band in 1985, wearing ensembles that wouldn't look dated in 2012; well only their hair.
